Tadoba National Park, also known as the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve is one of India’s 47 project tiger reserves located in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, India. The tiger reserve stretching 1,727 sq. km. area derived its name from the tribal God Taru or Tadoba and the river Andhari that flows therough the area.
